West & Willow is an established custom pet-portrait retailer running a genuine Shopify storefront with tens of thousands of verified Loox customer reviews, press mentions (CNN, BuzzFeed, Marie Claire), and a Trustpilot profile with roughly 19,600 reviews averaging about 4 stars. The site shows real business infrastructure — a support email, published shipping and refund policies, active Instagram — and independent scam-checkers rate it trusted. Discounts are modest and typical of the niche rather than the too-good-to-be-true pricing seen on scam stores.

What should you do right now?
- No major red flags isn't a guarantee — still pay with a credit card rather than a debit card, wire, or gift cards, so any surprise stays disputable.
- Keep records for anything you order: screenshot the product page and save the confirmation email.
- If the site changes — new payment methods, sudden deep discounts, a different checkout — re-run the live check on the exact URL for a current verdict before trusting it again.
