This site presents as a German-language kitchenware shop but shows the hallmarks of a fake-store template: mixed German, Spanish and Polish text on one page, a bogus support address ('[email protected]'), and order tracking outsourced to an unrelated domain (365vipmall.com). Multiple independent scam-checkers and Reddit buyers report it as a high-risk shop in a network of near-identical clone stores. We strongly advise against entering payment details here.
The red flag our scan surfaced on seertted.com
Fake contact email mimicking Gmail
highThe only listed support email is '[email protected]' — a fabricated domain designed to look like Gmail, a classic fake-shop tell. Shipment tracking is also redirected to a third-party site (ger.365vipmall.com) unconnected to the store.

What should you do right now?
- Don't enter card details or personal information. If you already paid, contact your card issuer now, dispute the charge, and watch the card for follow-on charges — don't wait out a tracking number that never moves.
- Report it: the ad where you found it (Facebook/Instagram ads have a report option) and the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
- Before trusting any counterclaim — 'we shipped it,' 'pay a release fee' — get a current researched verdict on the exact URL. Sites like this change hands and templates fast.
