This Shopify storefront sells a golf swing trainer with polished marketing, but the on-site claims don't hold up: its '4.8/5, loved by 12,000+ golfers' rating contradicts a 1.6/5 Trustpilot score across 27 reviews, with no way to leave reviews on the site itself. Buyers repeatedly report items shipped slowly from China in other brands' packaging, missing instructions, broken tracking links, overcharged cards, and a 30-day 'risk-free guarantee' that is never honored — refund emails go unanswered. Several customers describe it outright as a scam and have filed BBB complaints, which puts this squarely in the dangerous zone despite some orders actually arriving.

highThe site promises a 'no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee', yet numerous independent Trustpilot reviewers report requesting refunds for undelivered or defective items and receiving no response — one reviewer reports being overcharged and waiting 5+ weeks with no refund despite a written promise.
