Newsvips.com is a live Shopify store selling personalized gifts, and it does ship real products — Trustpilot shows a middling 3.6 rating across roughly 286 reviews. However, the domain name has nothing to do with the gift shop it hosts (a common flipped-domain pattern), the site lists no verifiable company address or ownership on its homepage, and its BBB profile carries complaints calling it a scam over undelivered or misrepresented items. Buyers may receive something, but there is real risk of slow shipping, poor quality, or no delivery at all.
The red flag our scan surfaced on newsvips.com
BBB complaints alleging non-delivery and misrepresented products
mediumThe store's Better Business Bureau profile includes customer reviews explicitly calling the company a scam, citing orders (e.g. a '3D miniature drum set') that did not match what was advertised. This aligns with Trustpilot's mediocre 3.6/5 rating with a large share of negative delivery complaints.

What should you do right now?
- If you buy, pay with a credit card only — never a debit card, wire, Zelle, or gift cards — so you can dispute the charge if the order goes wrong.
- Search the exact domain plus 'reviews' outside the store's own site, and screenshot the product page and order confirmation so you have records.
- Still unsure? Run the live check on the exact URL for a current researched verdict with the full 0–100 score, instead of guessing.
