Nature Hills is a long-established Omaha, Nebraska-based online plant nursery, not a scam operation. It runs a full Shopify storefront with over 14,000 verified Trustpilot-linked customer reviews (averaging around 4.7 stars), a published 45-day money-back guarantee, and real fulfillment shipping to 46 states. There are recurring customer complaints about plant sizes, pricing, and slow customer service on Reddit and Dave's Garden, so buyer satisfaction risk exists — but the business itself is real and delivers goods.

Customer satisfaction complaints despite legitimate operation
lowReviews on Dave's Garden and Reddit accuse the nursery of shipping 'wildly over-priced, tiny' plants and slow support, but Trustpilot shows thousands of verified positive reviews and documented refunds/replacements — a quality dispute, not fraud.

What should you do right now?
- No major red flags isn't a guarantee — still pay with a credit card rather than a debit card, wire, or gift cards, so any surprise stays disputable.
- Keep records for anything you order: screenshot the product page and save the confirmation email.
- If the site changes — new payment methods, sudden deep discounts, a different checkout — re-run the live check on the exact URL for a current verdict before trusting it again.
