Molekule.com is the official storefront of Molekule Inc., a well-known US air purifier maker whose Air Pro and Air Mini+ devices are FDA-cleared Class II medical devices, with third-party lab testing (Intertek, ARE Labs) cited on-site. The site runs on an established Shopify infrastructure with real product pages, support, subscriptions and an active blog — none of the pressure tactics or payment red flags typical of scam stores. Note: while not a scam, the company has drawn criticism over product performance (Consumer Reports, Wirecutter) and has a low Trustpilot rating for customer service.

Legitimate established retailer, but poor customer-satisfaction record
lowThe domain belongs to the genuine Molekule brand with verifiable FDA 510(k) clearance and independent lab test citations, yet Trustpilot shows a 1.3/5 rating across ~75 reviews, mostly complaints about support and returns — a buyer-experience risk rather than a fraud risk.

What should you do right now?
- No major red flags isn't a guarantee — still pay with a credit card rather than a debit card, wire, or gift cards, so any surprise stays disputable.
- Keep records for anything you order: screenshot the product page and save the confirmation email.
- If the site changes — new payment methods, sudden deep discounts, a different checkout — re-run the live check on the exact URL for a current verdict before trusting it again.
