This is a very young WordPress ebook storefront with a strong pattern of bait-and-switch complaints: multiple buyers report ordering a $9.99 physical Rand McNally road atlas advertised with free shipping and item dimensions, then being charged $29.99–$39.99 or sent only a low-quality PDF. Reports on BBB Scam Tracker and review sites describe unauthorized upcharges flagged by banks, refunds promised but never issued, and no working way to cancel. Third-party trust scanners also rate the domain very poorly, consistent with a scam ecommerce operation.
