GearFits is a single-product Shopify shorts store whose domain was registered only weeks ago behind WHOIS privacy, yet its homepage claims '4.8/5 from 11,300+ customers' and displays GQ, Esquire, and Men's Health press logos with no linked articles — reviews and press coverage that couldn't exist for a brand-new domain. Combined with a permanent 50%-off pricing gimmick and an early customer report of ignored refund requests, this fits the classic drop-ship pattern where products may arrive but be low quality with unusable returns. We didn't find malware or phishing, so it's not a confirmed scam, but we'd advise strong caution before ordering.

highThe homepage claims a 4.8/5 rating from over 11,300 customers, but WHOIS shows gearfits.com was registered roughly 50 days ago via Tucows with privacy protection — far too recent to have accumulated that customer base, indicating invented review counts.

What should you do right now?
- If you buy, pay with a credit card only — never a debit card, wire, Zelle, or gift cards — so you can dispute the charge if the order goes wrong.

- Still unsure? Run the live check on the exact URL for a current researched verdict with the full 0–100 score, instead of guessing.
