FunnyFuzzy is a real, long-running Shopify pet-products store rather than a phishing site, but its track record is troubling. It presents itself as a UK retailer while actually drop-shipping from China, and its Trustpilot profile (over 10,000 reviews, 'Poor' 2.3 rating) is filled with reports of orders never arriving, dead tracking numbers, and refusals to refund. The brand itself even publishes a statement about counterfeit lookalikes, adding further confusion for shoppers.

highTrustpilot reviews for funnyfuzzy.co.uk and funnyfuzzy.com repeatedly describe paid orders that never arrived for months, untraceable sea-freight tracking numbers, and support that declines refunds because the item 'has shipped' — with several buyers only recovering money via credit-card chargebacks.

What should you do right now?
- If you buy, pay with a credit card only — never a debit card, wire, Zelle, or gift cards — so you can dispute the charge if the order goes wrong.
- Search the exact domain plus 'reviews' outside the store's own site, and screenshot the product page and order confirmation so you have records.
- Still unsure? Run the live check on the exact URL for a current researched verdict with the full 0–100 score, instead of guessing.
