This is the real Direct Tools Factory Outlet, the official outlet channel for TTI brands like RYOBI, RIDGID, and Hoover, running on a long-established Shopify storefront with physical retail locations and in-store pickup. Reddit buyers confirm orders arrive and the brand has a verifiable BBB and Yelp footprint. Customer-service complaints exist (slow shipping, out-of-stock sale items), but these point to service frustrations rather than fraud.

What should you do right now?
- No major red flags isn't a guarantee — still pay with a credit card rather than a debit card, wire, or gift cards, so any surprise stays disputable.
- Keep records for anything you order: screenshot the product page and save the confirmation email.
- If the site changes — new payment methods, sudden deep discounts, a different checkout — re-run the live check on the exact URL for a current verdict before trusting it again.
