AMain Hobbies is a long-established RC and hobby retailer based in Chico, California, with a fully built-out storefront, a toll-free phone line, real inventory across major brands like Traxxas, Losi, and Arrma, and a 'Top Quality Store' badge on Google. Independent sources (Reddit, Trustpilot, Yelp, hobby forums) consistently confirm it as one of the largest legitimate RC retailers, with complaints limited to ordinary customer-service gripes rather than fraud. One caution: scammers have created fake lookalike sites impersonating this brand, so make sure you're on the exact official domain.

What should you do right now?
- No major red flags isn't a guarantee — still pay with a credit card rather than a debit card, wire, or gift cards, so any surprise stays disputable.
- Keep records for anything you order: screenshot the product page and save the confirmation email.
- If the site changes — new payment methods, sudden deep discounts, a different checkout — re-run the live check on the exact URL for a current verdict before trusting it again.
